One of the topics that Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and most other health professionals all agree on is that people with better posture are usually in better health than people who slouch.

The Importance of Good Posture –

Why Chiropractors and Physiotherapists believe it’s so powerful!

4. poor concentration

and many more things.

Many times patients make excuses about poor posture but i’m sure if their spine was on their face (like teeth) they will take a lot better care of it. Spines need to be cared for so they can care for you back.

It takes around 6 weeks to ‘learn’ good posture and isn’t easy but the longer you leave it, the worse it will get.
